Modding your Baotian

I mentioned before, that the grip of my Baotian sucks, so that is the thing i want to change. To improve the grip of my baotian i need to order some new parts like : drive belt(15 EUR), sport muffler(96 EUR), fuel filter(2 EUR) and many more engine, suspension and braking stuff. Thats gonna be a hell of a hit to my wallet...and even if i install all the upgrades, then later, when its all finished, i press the "start engine" button and Baotian just tells me to walk "Im not going to ignite"...What then? Just the realizing moment, "Hey, I just waisted all that money and time for nothing"...but if it does start and has no problems, then ur happy about yourself. That's the part what makes you wonder....So anyone else having any ideas about modding(tuning) your Baotian? Or have you modded it already? Experiences? Well my opinnion in this matter is, if you have a lot of money then buy a expensive scooter, if you don't, then tune a little bit or save money for a expensive one.

Problems with your Baotian.

I never had any serius problems with my baotian, the two most serius problems were 1)when my rear tire blew up 2)when my friend crashed it and broke the front plastics. But nothing more. Ah there is still 1 thing, right mirror. What about you? Any serious engine problems, body damage, tire breaking or electrical faults?

As for me, i have a Baotian 50cc and im pretty happy with it, but you already know that...Body color is orange and silver, looks pretty nice. It never let's me down, engine bails-no...But there is one thing that bothers me, grip. Speed is enough for me(okay, it should be a little faster than 60km/h) but the grip is just killing me...Its like a turtle, 0-30km/h is the worst. Well what can you do...(mod your engine ofcourse :D) But if i don't have the funds for it?! Enough about me...
What baotian do you have ? Are you happy about it? How fast does it go? And are u happy with the grip of your baotian?... Adding a picture of my moped(its a trainwreck right now) but you can thank my classmate for that...

Welcome Baotian users! Im still getting started so everything is still incomplete, but time will fix that so... ;)
I hope that all people who have baotian scooters or have problems with them will come here and try to get the answers to their questions...
I am a Baotian owner myself, i have a Baotian 50cc 4 stroke. At the moment its not "street legal" because my friend had an accident...Well i hope to see other Baotian users here soon... :)
